Description
Relativity Space is hiring an Environmental Test Lab Manager to lead and scale avionics environmental testing for the Terran R rocket. The role oversees vibration, shock, and thermal test laboratories; qualification and acceptance testing; test scheduling, asset utilization, readiness, and process standardization; and the development of test technicians and specialists. The manager will coordinate with avionics design, manufacturing, integration, quality, and test engineering teams to support vehicle reliability, production readiness, and successful launch execution. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least six years of environmental testing, manufacturing, or aerospace production experience, including prior leadership, are required.
