Description
Axon is hiring a Manager of Equity Compensation to administer equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan, and oversee grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, reconciliations, share utilization, payroll reporting, SEC Forms 3 and 4, financial statement disclosures, and equity rollforwards. The role reports to the Senior Director – Head of Financial Reporting & Equity, collaborates with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Finance, and audit teams, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of stock-administration experience in a public company, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is eligible for hybrid work in one of seven United States hubs and offers a base-pay range of $121,320 to $194,112 USD.
