BRP is hiring a Manager, ERP & Supply Chain Systems Transformation to report to the Director, Global Manufacturing Systems and Processes. The role leads the global Target Operating Model for supply chain systems, translates business needs into functional requirements, prioritizes continuous improvement, manages critical incidents, maps processes, drives change adoption, develops business cases, and oversees project budgets. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least 15 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience, strong ERP and change-management expertise, and occasional travel to international manufacturing sites.
