Description
The ERP System Operations Project Manager leads ClinChoice’s international ERP administration function and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 users across multiple entities. The role oversees first-level technical and functional support, system issues, change requests, project lifecycles, testing, releases, timesheet operations, permissions, standard operating procedures, training, and cross-functional standardization and automation initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of ERP operations or finance systems support experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across U.S. and European time zones.
