Description
Prime Data Centers is hiring an on-site Manager, Estimating to lead cost estimating for tenant fit-out scopes from conceptual budgeting through final guaranteed maximum price. The role develops and maintains cost databases and unit pricing, partners with Pre-Construction, Design, and Procurement, manages change orders and cost impacts, presents estimates to leadership and customers, benchmarks costs, and manages and mentors an estimating team. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, at least 8 years of estimating experience, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural fit-out cost drivers, estimating software proficiency, and people management experience.
