Description
The Manager Estimation/Pricing leads a team of pricing agents and prepares full-cost estimates for reactive, project, and capital-expenditure replacement work across Canada. The role collaborates with Operations and clients, reviews drawings and specifications, supports proposals, performs post-bid and job-cost analysis, and develops estimating models and processes. Candidates need construction or equivalent technical training, post-secondary education preferred, small-works or institutional experience, blueprint-reading ability, analytical and spreadsheet skills, and experience with cost-estimating software.
