Description
The Manager - ETP – Copper oversees daily effluent treatment plant operations during a shift, coordinating effluent and reject water handling, process optimization, quality control, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, HSE compliance, cost management, and workforce supervision. The role also manages reporting, data analysis, digital monitoring, and stakeholder coordination while leading operators and technicians. It requires a BE in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry and 6–15 years of experience in the effluent treatment plant industry.
