Description
The Manager of Evaluation reports to the Director of Evaluation and serves as the primary evaluator for March of Dimes programs, interventions, activities, and initiatives. The role designs and implements mixed-methods evaluations, develops logic models and evaluation plans, analyzes data, leads data collection and quality assurance, supports internal data systems, produces reports and presentations, publishes findings, and provides evaluation training and technical assistance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of program evaluation experience, mixed-methods evaluation experience, and a commitment to maternal and infant health equity.
