Description
The Manager, Event Services will plan, coordinate, and execute third-party arena events such as concerts, comedy shows, family shows, and NCAA tournaments, while supporting Cleveland Cavaliers basketball games, Cleveland Monsters hockey games, and future Cleveland Sirens games. Responsibilities include event production, CAD drawings, fire marshal approvals, permits, inspections, Momentus Elite updates, accounting, on-site venue support, post-event follow-up, and supervising a seasonal assistant. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of relevant experience, prior arena or stadium management experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.
