NBCUniversal is hiring a Manager, Executive Compensation to lead the design, administration, analysis, benchmarking, governance, and reporting of executive compensation programs. The role supports compensation planning, proxy statement and SEC disclosure activities, market data and survey submissions, equity and deferred compensation initiatives, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive compensation experience, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is hybrid, requiring at least four days per week in the New York, New York office, and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus bonus eligibility.
