Description

Tory Burch is seeking a highly experienced and discreet Manager, Executive Office to serve as a strategic partner and administrative leader. This role involves overseeing the full administrative ecosystem for the Management Team, including Board of Directors support, logistical coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of all priorities to enhance leadership effectiveness.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the President or C-suite level.
Prior BOD experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of exercising independent judgment in complex situations.
Experience in managing confidential and sensitive business information.
Preferred Qualifications: Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
High attention to detail and accuracy, high sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment and be flexible when necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrate leadership and mentoring capabilities.
