Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Lead, Extended Workforce – Regional in Bangalore to own and govern the company’s extended workforce program across the region. The role leads a regional operations team, manages staff augmentation, independent contractors, vendors, and service providers, oversees SAP Fieldglass and related integrations, and ensures compliance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and operational excellence. It requires a master’s degree, 10+ years of professional experience including 5–7+ years in extended workforce management or related areas, people management experience, and strong knowledge of contingent workforce models, vendor management, labor regulations, and workforce reporting tools.
