Alcon is seeking a Manager, External Financial Reporting to join their Finance Reporting & Accounting (FRA) team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves executing quarterly and annual external financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, SEC, and Swiss SIX requirements, owning financial statement disclosures and SOX 404 controls, coordinating cross-functional inputs, assessing new standards, applying critical thinking, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with team members.
