Description

The Manager, Facilities and Technical Maintenance oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, compliance, and technical upkeep of ANDMORE’s campus facilities and grounds. The role manages building systems, HVAC and electrical infrastructure, preventive maintenance, vendors, contractors, emergency preparedness, utilities, sustainability, and the facilities and technical maintenance team, while supporting large-scale market events and tenant operations. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is highly preferred, along with at least five years of facilities management or building operations experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of facilities management or building operations experience
Experience managing large commercial buildings or multi-building campuses
Experience managing facilities used for large-scale events or high-occupancy environments
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and building infrastructure
Familiarity with facilities engineering, building systems, tenant improvements, security, and public-use facility operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management or forecasting systems
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and tenants
