Description
The Manager, Facilities serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for facilities management, overseeing building systems, vendor performance, operational processes, safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and workplace safety. The role advises leadership, develops operational plans, manages risks, supports HR and employee experience initiatives, and empowers direct reports. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least seven years of facilities or related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in the office five days per week. The targeted salary is $85,000–$90,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
