Description
T1 Energy is hiring a senior Facility Manager to own facilities engineering and operations at its G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. The role leads 24/7 cleanroom utility systems, including HVAC, ultrapure water, process gases, exhaust, chemical delivery, and multi-megawatt electrical power infrastructure; develops maintenance and capital projects programs; manages critical facility events and vendor relationships; and partners with process, EHS, and equipment teams. The position requires at least 10 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in semiconductor, solar cell, or advanced cleanroom manufacturing, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field preferred.
