Description
The Manager of Facility Maintenance oversees building, event, and systems maintenance at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex, including plumbing, electrical, utility, escalator and elevator, HVAC, event power, work orders, emergency response, ice-rink operations, and life-safety systems. The role supervises full-time and part-time employees, manages maintenance workflows and budgets, coordinates contractors, and provides event supervision. It requires a high school diploma and specialized schooling, five to six years of leadership or training experience, at least two years of maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and at least two years of ice maintenance experience; the position also requires varied event hours, physical work in cold conditions, and the ability to work at heights.
