Element Science is hiring a Manager, Field Clinical Operations to lead the launch and scaling of its Field Clinical Representative team for a wearable patch defibrillator. The role owns the Train-the-Trainer program, maintains Jewel patient-fitting expertise, develops SOPs and field-support processes, coaches and manages FCRs, coordinates with clinical, regulatory, engineering, customer service, product, and quality teams, and monitors patient enrollment and deployment performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, scientific, or clinical discipline, at least five years of clinical-operations experience including one year in leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50%. The salary range is $150,000 to $168,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
