The role leads and supports approximately 50 Field Service Representatives, coordinating installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting, repair, sustainment, deployment planning, staffing, reporting, compliance, customer relationships, and proposal support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 7 years, or 13 years without a degree. The disclosed salary range is $91,500–$170,500 for the listed states and $105,500–$196,500 for the listed California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and Greater D.C. areas.
