The position requires Link 16 subject matter expertise, a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of related experience or equivalent experience, a DoD Secret clearance, and up to 10% domestic or international travel. The Carlsbad schedule is 9/80, and the disclosed salary range is $105,500-$196,500.
