Description
ASM is seeking a senior process leadership professional to lead process teams for customer new-product and application penetration, maintain customer HVM application positions, improve module processes and equipment, define and execute NPI program schedules, develop performance metrics, and build cross-functional customer and internal partnerships. The role requires a materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or related degree, 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 12+ years with a master's or doctoral degree in semiconductor process development, and strong project management, analytical, communication, leadership, and customer partnership skills.
