Description
ASM is seeking a Semiconductor NPI Program Manager to lead process teams for customer new-product and application penetration, improve CMP module processes and equipment, define and execute NPI schedules, develop performance metrics, build cross-functional partnerships, and develop team members. The role requires a degree in materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or a related field, at least 10 years of semiconductor experience including CMP module process development, strong project management and analytical skills, and effective communication and leadership abilities.
