IMAGINiT Technologies is hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing to lead revenue growth in mid-size to large enterprise accounts and manage an outside sales team. The role includes hiring, coaching, account planning, forecasting, partner collaboration, customer satisfaction, and up to 50% regional travel. Candidates need a measurable new-business development track record, at least five years of software sales experience with mid-size and large enterprises, and at least three years of sales management experience; a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in IT or Engineering. The position offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 plus commissions, with an OTE of $240,000 or more and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
