CoreCivic is hiring a remote Manager, Field Training with regular travel to correctional facilities, including 90% travel and domestic U.S. travel. The role oversees staff training and development, instructional design, training administration, learning and development programs, on-the-job training, student supervision, curriculum development, and training evaluation. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, three years of correctional-industry training or curriculum-development experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old; criminal justice and supervisory experience are preferred.
