Manager Finance & Control bij NV BIM in 's-Hertogenbosch is a broad leadership role with end responsibility for Finance, IT and strategic HR. The role acts as sparring partner to the general director and management team, advises on investments, financing, treasury and risks, manages planning & control and reporting, and helps professionalize the organization through process optimization, digitalization, automation and AI. The position is 32 to 40 hours per week with a salary up to approximately €110,000 per year and requires strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
