Description
Dexcom is hiring a Finance Manager, Japan to lead Japan finance operations and reporting, including month-end close, revenue reconciliations, accruals, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, cost accounting, balance-sheet oversight, and flux analysis. The role also supports revenue reporting, commercial rebate arrangements, tax and statutory compliance, audit and controls, employee finance support, and oversight of offshore finance teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, typically 6–8 years of relevant finance, accounting, or controllership experience, a recognized professional accounting qualification, and strong English and Japanese communication skills.
