Description
Hillman is hiring an experienced Manager, Finance to own full-cycle finance and accounting operations for a business unit, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, tax compliance, audit management, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and close processes. The role leads a team of 3–4 finance professionals, partners with business leaders and Corporate Finance, and supports strategic planning and operational decision-making. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 5–8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, team-management experience, GAAP and audit knowledge, and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
