CreateTO is hiring a full-time, mid-level Manager, Financial Analysis to oversee two financial analysts and manage financial projects, models, reports, due diligence, valuations, budgets, and advisory work for real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. The role requires a university degree in Finance or Accounting, a CPA, CMA, CGA, CFA, or MBA, at least five years of financial analysis, planning, and forecasting experience, and real estate experience. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office and a base salary of $105,040 to $156,550 annually.
