Description
The FP&A Manager will provide enterprise-wide financial analysis, evaluate business models and growth initiatives, develop capital allocation frameworks, analyze business cases and investments, and partner with business and finance stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field, 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy, strong financial modeling and performance-analysis expertise, advanced Excel and financial-systems experience, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. It is based in Columbia, Maryland with a two-day-in-office schedule, a base salary of $115,000–$125,000 plus a discretionary bonus, and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
