The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Equitable Bank is responsible for in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support to facilitate informed decision-making and risk management. This role involves preparing financial performance reports, monitoring results against risk frameworks, and providing timely information to business units for optimizing market and operational risks. The manager will also develop and maintain financial models, assess and recommend improvements to budgeting and forecasting processes, and lead strategic financial analysis.
