MVB Financial Corp. is hiring a Fintech Implementation Manager to own the implementation and launch of fintech client onboarding programs from kickoff through testing and go-live. The individual contributor will manage implementation plans, stakeholder coordination, regulatory requirements, readiness reviews, status reporting, documentation, audit support, and continuous improvement across multiple client engagements. The role is remote and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of financial-services implementation experience, and familiarity with fintech, payments, banking-as-a-service, or bank-fintech partnership models.
