Description
The Fixed Asset Advisory Manager provides client service across fixed asset depreciation practice areas, including construction cost segregation, tax incentives, and repairs and maintenance expenses. The role combines client relationship management, project delivery, tax research, presentations, and business development with supervisory responsibilities for Fixed Asset Advisory staff, including workload management, training, performance feedback, and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Engineering, or Construction and at least five years of client service experience involving tax issues, cost estimation, or engineering-based sales.
