Description
The Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Manager manages and delivers complex valuation engagements from proposal through completion, including company and industry research, financial modeling, appraisal methodology, reports, quality controls, client meetings, and internal appraisal reviews. The role supervises Senior Associates and Associates, guides their development, and may travel intermittently within the United States and internationally. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of personal property valuation experience in a Big 4 or national valuation firm are required, with significant financial reporting and accounting experience also required.
