Description
The Manager, Fleet Finance leads cross-functional Fleet Finance transformation projects, change management, analytics, reporting, issue triage, and technology-enabled adoption across shipboard and shore-side teams. The role translates business needs into project requirements, coordinates stakeholders, supports testing and implementation readiness, develops training materials, and monitors adoption. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, PMP certification, Agile experience, project management tool experience, and experience leading AI-enabled technology adoption. The position is remote, primarily from U.S. remote hubs, with possible travel to Carnival headquarters in Miami, Florida.
