Description
The Manager, Fleet Operations is responsible for maintaining a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient automotive fleet. The role oversees regulatory compliance, vehicle licensing and registration, cost analysis, asset management, safety, performance evaluations, staff coaching, and remedial action plans. It requires U.S. work authorization, supervisory experience, financial and regulatory knowledge, mechanical and vehicle-diagnostic expertise, ASE certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends. The employer does not sponsor visas.
