Airwallex is hiring a Manager for Growth Strategy & Operations to build and operate the company’s global growth experimentation engine. The role owns the experiment backlog and roadmap, designs and measures campaigns, manages launches across Martech tools, maintains tracking and reporting systems, automates repeatable work, and partners with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting. It requires at least five years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy, along with project management, analytical, communication, and experimentation skills. The position is based in San Francisco, California.
