Description
Anthropic is hiring a Founding FDE Manager to build and scale its Forward Deployed Engineers practice, which embeds with strategic customers to ship production AI applications. The role leads hiring, development, staffing, technical quality, customer engagement allocation, playbooks, OKRs, and cross-functional product and engineering collaboration, while also reviewing architectures, debugging production issues, and traveling to customer sites 25–50% of the time. The position requires 10+ years of relevant software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer-facing experience, 2+ years of people management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience. Annual compensation is $320,000–$405,000 USD, with visa sponsorship available when possible.
