Description
The Manager, FP&A serves as a financial business partner to 1–2 studio leaders and operational partners, translating P&L data into actionable narratives, supporting annual budgeting and planning, providing scenario modeling and decision support, tracking KPIs, delivering variance analysis, and implementing financial workflows. The role requires 4–6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, management consulting, or a business-facing finance role, a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and strong communication and project-management skills. The position is hybrid and offers a California starting salary of $100,200–$148,320 per year, with possible bonus and equity awards.
