Description
Dragos is hiring a remote Manager, FP&A to join its FP&A team and report to the VP FP&A. The role provides analytical insights and decision support to operational leadership, owns company-wide headcount tracking, supports annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, prepares variance analytics, facilitates financial reviews, contributes to financial modeling for cross-functional initiatives, and supports sales and revenue forecasting. The position requires at least eight years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical or reporting role, along with expertise in financial modeling, Excel, NetSuite, forecasting and budgeting tools, and CRM or analytics platforms. Compensation is $140,000 plus competitive equity and a comprehensive benefits plan.
