Rent the Runway is hiring a Manager, FP&A to lead financial analysis and budgeting for its inventory business. The role reports to the Director, Strategic Finance, collaborates with inventory planning, procurement, and selling teams, and supports strategic decisions, scenario modeling, budget tracking, competitor analysis, and earnings and board materials. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or finance field and at least four years of finance or strategic analysis experience, with strong Excel and modeling skills. The anticipated base salary is $98,800 to $130,000, with health, vision, dental, FSA, and dependent care benefits.
