Description
Imperial Brady is hiring a full-time Finance and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to serve as a finance partner to senior leadership, support board and executive materials, improve financial visibility and reporting, and own recurring analyses, KPIs, variance tracking, and a 13-week cash flow model. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive finance experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. The position offers a salary of $135,000 to $140,000 per year, a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
