Description
The Manager, Fund Accounting - Treasury supports wire execution, payment controls, wire-related risk management, and fund-level treasury readiness across StepStone-managed funds. The role serves as a final approver and escalation point for capital calls, distributions, investment funding, expenses, and credit facility payments; maintains wire templates, approvals, controls, and auditability; supports ISO 20022 and SOX readiness; coordinates with banks, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Investment Operations, Credit Operations, and Treasury Systems; and assists with FX, hedging, banking relationships, and special projects. The position requires 5–7 years of treasury operations and wire processing experience, with private equity or private markets experience preferred, and offers a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 in a hybrid arrangement.
