Carrier is hiring a Counsel, General Legal to provide embedded legal support to the Data Center and Global Enterprise Solutions sales vertical teams. The role supports complex commercial transactions, contract negotiations, drafting and risk mitigation, contract-review process improvements, recurring-risk standardization, and pre-litigation matters. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school, bar admission in any US state, and at least three years of law firm or in-house corporate/commercial experience. The annual salary is $96,000 to $192,000, with short-term cash incentives and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
