Description
The Manager GES H2R Hyderabad will lead the Hyderabad organization responsible for end-to-end HR service delivery across Learning, Mobility, and Benefits. The role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, HR technology and data, change management, stakeholder alignment, KPI performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, HR and shared services experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, digital and data fluency, and the ability to work primarily within European time zones.
