Description
Flipp is hiring a Manager, Global Accounting to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across its global organization. The role oversees month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, IFRS and local GAAP reporting, consolidated financial statements, general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, ERP maintenance, audit and compliance activities, and the development of accounting processes and team members. It requires 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, 1–2+ years of people leadership experience, strong IFRS and multi-entity accounting knowledge, and experience in a remote or distributed global environment. The position is remote-first and offers a Canada base hiring range of $79,000–$117,000 CAD and an Italy base hiring range of €42,200–€60,000 EUR.
