Geotab is hiring a Manager, Global Benefits to lead the design, strategy, administration, compliance, and integration of employee benefits programs across Canada, the United States, EMEA, Dubai, and LATAM. The role manages a team of benefits professionals, oversees vendor and technology relationships, leads benefits due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, applies AI and data analytics to improve program delivery, and reports to senior leadership. It requires 8–10 years of benefits management experience, including at least five years in a global capacity, plus supervisory and global HR experience, and offers a hybrid work model with approximately 10–20% travel.
