AstraZeneca is hiring a Manager, Global Clinical Solutions (Services) in Warsaw under a hybrid model requiring three office days per week. The role coordinates and delivers clinical solutions services and technology, manages process and system life-cycle activities, leads Lean-based business improvement projects, provides training and knowledge sharing, manages stakeholders and risks, and supports clinical development program delivery. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and preferably at least two years of drug development experience, quality systems knowledge, Lean Six Sigma experience, and ICH GCP understanding.
