Description
The Manager, Retail Development & Operations – MAC & Bobbi Brown supports the development and execution of global retail business evolution across the MAC and Bobbi Brown brands. The role develops retail formats, distribution frameworks, commercial playbooks, project management processes, and retail activation programs; leads global retail project proposals; and partners with regional, finance, marketing, visual merchandising, store design, and other teams. It requires 7–10+ years of relevant retail, business development, operations, business planning, or project management experience, an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, and an MBA is preferred. The anticipated base salary is $85,000 to $139,600, with bonus and share-incentive-plan participation and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
