Description
Stripe is hiring a Manager, Global Sanctions to own and evolve its global sanctions function across geographies. The role leads regional sanctions managers and analysts, sets strategic direction for screening coverage, alert logic, escalation, and quality assurance, drives automation and smarter detection, partners with Engineering and Product on tooling and workflow design, supports regulatory examinations, and serves as the senior escalation point for complex casework. The position requires at least 10 years of sanctions compliance or financial crimes experience, including senior leadership experience managing cross-regional teams, along with expertise in major global sanctions regimes and sanctions screening methodologies.
