Micron Technology is hiring a Manager, Global Service Delivery Operations to lead a team delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused procure-to-pay operational support across global procurement. The role manages workload prioritization, service delivery standards, escalations, KPIs, SOPs, audit readiness, process controls, and continuous improvement while serving as a P2P operations subject matter expert. It also supports automation, AI-enabled workflows, system enhancements, stakeholder relationships, and process transformation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above, typically 8+ years of procurement or related operations experience, people management experience, and familiarity with P2P systems such as SAP or Ariba.
